About MayStreet

The industry’s leading market data and technology provider

MayStreet fits within LSEG

MayStreet is now part of LSEG. The combined company offering includes a range of data and software products to address needs across the latency spectrum. From low latency feeds to data of unmatched quality, how you consume that data, however, is entirely up to you. We can deliver the data to you as raw PCAP or normalize it for you first. Choose only the data you want—full depth or just Level 1. You can license our Bellport Enterprise feed handler software and deploy it on-premises, or let us handle deployment with our cloud-based managed service. Whatever options you select, we couple it with a level of service and transparency that is without peer.

Thinking creatively about market data infrastructure.

MayStreet was founded in 2012 by two market data practitioners — Patrick Flannery and Michael Lehr — who saw an opportunity to move the industry beyond legacy technologies, support structures and business models. They realized that as trading grew ever faster and more data dependent, few market participants would be able to handle the deluge. And even those that could would rather not have to allocate resources to the difficult and costly work of market data sourcing and processing.

In the years since, Patrick and Mike have gone on to build a team that today includes some of the industry’s most respected developers, client service professionals and market structure specialists, all of whom are focused on bringing value to the marketplace. Our approach has steadily gained appeal beyond the quantitative firms we worked with in our early days to today include some of the most prominent names in the industry. In fact, in 2019 MayStreet became the market data provider to the SEC’s Market Information Data Analytics System (MIDAS). Almost a decade after MayStreet’s founding, the case for outsourcing market data technology and content acquisition is stronger than ever. Extricating yourself from the market data weeds means you can move straight to data analysis, leading to lower costs, improved decision-making and better performance.
